I just fell in love with training. Now, sixteen years later, I have a training company of my very own.
— Ryan Varga, training specialist and training business owner
In today’s podcast episode, Ryan Varga talks to us about how he became involved in training and how his business works. Ryan works as training specialist and is building his own training business TFC, a training consultancy in Cape Town.
Ryan recruits trainers across a range of business disciplines. Each trainer is selected personally by Ryan and is then guided through an extensive in-house certification programme.
Once each trainer is ready (and only when the are ready), they are outsourced to a range of blue-chips across Africa including banks and insurance companies.
Ryan and I worked together when I was Learning & Development Manager responsible for Customer Services in Cape Town and Dublin, Ireland on behalf of a company called Wonga.
He is such a patient and kind individual and one of the most engaging and encouraging training professionals I know.
